Yorkshire Children’s Charity, in partnership with Grantley Hall, is proud to announce the return of our luxury fundraising gala, ‘A Night Under the Stars’ for 2026 to support the region’s most in need children.

In 2024, on an evening we’ll never forgot as a charity, 400 incredible guests came together and demonstrated the true power of collective philanthropy – helping us reach our £1 million target.
As a direct result of funds raised, we delivered more than 10,000 essential winter items and 6,000 festive gifts to over 150 primary schools across Yorkshire. Each item went to a child deemed to be living in destitution.
Setting a target, once again, of one million pounds is hugely ambitious, but we owe it to our families to be so – and as always, we ask on behalf of children who cannot ask for themselves.
Founder, Charlotte Farrington, says: “A Night Under the Stars has allowed us to collectively do something significant for our children and the communities that we support – and when one in three children in Yorkshire live in poverty, the need has never been greater.
“Our annual winter support campaign relies on the funds raised at these events, and we are so humbled by the ongoing generosity of our philanthropic supporters who continue to put their hands up for the families in our communities who are most in need.
“This support is about so much more than just keeping children warm. It ensures children can arrive at school warm, dry and ready to learn, supporting their ability to attend school regularly, stay engaged in learning, and improve educational outcomes.”
Hosted in the beautiful English Marquee Company Orangerie and with the support of Royal Warrant holder, Johnny Roxburgh Designs Limited, the black-tie event is set to be one of the most sought-after social events of the year.
